Our ongoing support is tailored to your particular needs and routines. Our care plans are completely individualised, commencing with 30 minutes of one-on-one assistance per week and progressing to multiple visits per day or overnight support.

Why our domiciliary care?
Our domiciliary care services enable you or a loved one to continue living at home, where you feel most comfortable. You may need assistance with certain aspects of your daily routine while remaining in the same place.
This is where we can assist you with matters such as:
- Continence care and personal hygiene
- Administration of medication
- Home and community mobilisation
- Domestic duties and food preparation
- Clinical care, including catheter and stoma treatment in addition to PEG nutrition

Our compassionate staff is supervised by a team of nurse-led supervisors who will work with you to develop a personalised care plan, simplifying your life while you receive treatment in the comfort of your own home.
As required, we also work closely with district nurses and occupational therapists to ensure that we can provide you with the care you require, whether it be for a disability, dementia, nursing, or simply to have someone to speak to.

Our Day&Night Solutions team will provide you with a customised care package and an individual carer to meet your specific needs. They will assist you in meeting your or a loved one’s specific needs and wishes while guiding you through the planning process.
Each plan is flexible and unique, and all of your routines are taken into consideration, whether it’s a nightly care routine, a prescription schedule, or an important hobby.
If for any reason your needs change, the carer will continue to be available to assist and will be as flexible as feasible while providing care.
